Two years ago on Thanksgiving Day 2007, the World Food Programme introduced the FEED Bag, an ingenious idea where purchasing a bag (which could be used for eco-friendly shopping) would feed a hungry child for an entire year.
In the last two years, over 40,000 children have been fed thanks to the generous support of people buying this bag. There have been many imitators, but none could match the original.
